I grow this plant in a 2 inch net pot in pure, dead, LFS moss. The pot is sitting nestled around live LFS moss which helps keep the humidity high and the soil moist.

I water it from the top once a week, the soil always remains wet due to the live LFS moss. Don't let the soil dry out.

The pot is sitting on top of layer of dead LFS moss (the live LFS grows on top of this) so that the pot is well draining and never sitting directly in water.
