Water from the top, I fill the saucer up to around 1.5 inches and let all the water evaporate before watering again. Don't let the media dry out.

I grow this plant in an orchid basked filled with a mix of live and dead LFS moss.

It grows fast for me, putting out long, slightly pointed leaves.
